Leaving our communities better as a result of our impact is at the core of what we do at CMO Collaborative™. 

 As leaders in the marketing industry, we believe that we have a responsibility to use our skills and resources to support causes that make a difference in our communities - whether that is under-represented groups, raising up female talent, and/or having an impact on the communities in which we live and work. We are committed to volunteering our time and funds to assist non-profit organizations and help foster problem-solving in our educational system.

Co-Creation of Social Mission

The social mission of CMO Collaborative™ is co-created with its members and executed by local chapters.  This ensures that each social cause focus area aligns with the needs and priorities of the local community.  

We recognize that social impact can be achieved through a variety of methods including:

• Organizing volunteering events as part of chapter social gatherings.
• Leveraging the talents and perspectives of a group of local chapter CMOs to devise a marketing strategy for a local non-profit organization.
• Offering financial support or fundraising with portions of our members and events fees.
• Providing a forum for non-profit leaders to gain perspective or get help from the talent with our chapters.

National Donation Model for Sustainability

To ensure sustainability and ongoing impact, we are implementing a donation model as part of our fundamental business model.

A portion of the profits will be donated to support other chapters' social causes.

We hope to create a collective force for positive social change and leave the role of CMO in better hands to help give back to the communities that need our support in order to flourish.
